This is a junior 10-speed that I recently restored for my children. I believe it's a 1976 Gitane Racer model 3454, and these are the specs:

Frame size 49/51, BCM lugs 72°, straight gauge tubes (seat diameter 25mm)
Chrome handlebars and Atax stem 70mm (orig. Pivo 65)
Mafac S brakes (orig. Weinmann 730) with Weinmann levers
Huret Svelto derailleur and shifters
Cyclo 72 freewheel 14-15-16-17-18 (orig. Maillard)
Crankset 48-40 with Atom pedals (orig. Lyotard 5R)
24" chrome wheels with Atom hubs dated '74 and '75
Michelin and Wolber tires 600x28 A
Leather seat Idéale 27 junior (orig. plastic Gallet)
Mini front rack Spécialités TA and bottle cage Reg
Handlebar tape Newbaum's
