Hi, I found Gitane Delta frame. I am almost certain that this is exactly the frame because ale parts are correct. The head tube was changed to use it with stadard fork, but you can see the welds and the place where the cutout for handlebar was (I pictured it one of the photos). My guess is that this is a frame from the end of the 80s or early 90s - it had some parts from Dura Ace 7400 group.... Now i need help from you. I need a picture of fork and handlebar and how they where assembled I think i will need to make them from scratch. Also i need to know in what color theme should it be done.

I am still hesitating to commite to it because i dont have to much money - specially when i think about the handlebar, i am not worring about fork and the frame so if someone want to buy it please let me know.

Thanks!

interesting...over the years people can modify anything and everything. The original bars are made of welded up aluminum and can be made but could take a bit of time/money. Since there are so few Deltas around, nice find no matter what you eventually do with it.
