Just seen this. Looks interesting. Odd transfers on the bike (says Gios on the top tube) but the ad is for a 1988 753 Maxi Sports bike. It could have been resprayed. It certainly has Campag Deltas and C Record components.
The seat cluster looks right but the forks are straight and chromed. The part chromed stays look right on the drive side as do the rear brake cable in and out holes in the top tube. Hard to tell if it has the number tag.
