Some new fotos of my TDF after rebuilding bearings, new brake hoods (Thanks Jay) and bar tape. Looking forward to a ride this weekend!

Reduce the size of your photos in the Add Image window.
Click on the "Do not resize my image" drop down menu and select something like 800x600 or 1024x768.
BTW Nice job, beautiful bike!
I've been working on my 1970 Super Corsa that I got last month. Removed the forks and had them realigned then faced off the fork crown and head tube.
They were way off and the fork almost bound up when turned to the right. Now it's smooth as silk.
I'm working on one thing at a time rather than tearing it down and doing the job right. |

| Took this bike out for a long ride on the nice West Marin back roads yesterday, and what a beautiful day! This was the first time I've really put some miles on a Gitane since selling my previous Interclub at the end of high school (a scant 35 years ago!), and it instantly felt familiar. Like taking a walk with an old friend....... |
