Hi again Stephan,

I figured I'd post something here as our discussion (see racing forum) had wandered away from racing and moved towards modern Gitanes. Since there were as yet no posts in this forum.......

You briefly mentioned that Gitane went broke in the USA, and later suggested that I could (should?) purchase a new Gitane as I lived in Australia. Are you saying that Gitanes are CURRENTLY not available in the USA????? Surely not. Crying or Very sad

Oh bummer. Well, if any of you want to buy on from a shop over here, I'm happy to arrange contact between yourself and a shop of your choice. (Sadly, the shop where I work doesn't do Gitane) I can also package* said Gitane (Safely & securely) for transport.

Cheers, Paul. (Brisbane, Australia)
