Original Hosteler Saddle?

I recently came across a vintage '70s Hosteler bicycle that appears to have been stored mostly unused since new, and want to restore it. The tires are cracked, but the paint is flawless and it's missing it's saddle.

Can anyone tell me what OEM saddle Gitane would have sold the Hosteler with in Canada (probably the same as the USA)?

Thanks!

Most Gitanes from that era came with what can best be discribed as an "ass hatchet" seats!

They were narrow round topped plastic saddles that were uncomfortable just looking at them.

I know, I tried riding the one on my 1973 Grand Sport for about 6 months. I got real good at riding out of the saddle.
