That's an eye opening machine Stefan and it's really nice to see the AX groupset too. It's pretty unusual to see it complete.

Is this the thread (below) that you were looking for?;

Apparently AMR Camus Aero 7 shaped tubing was the hot ticket.

Here's the story on Ateliers de Maison Rouge - AMR Camus tubing posted by cyclecrank on Flicker:

I recently purchased a catalogue that includes that bicycle (I think). I will get it posted to the website just as soon as possible. It is a 1982 English Gitane catalogue.

Sorry for the delay...which catalogue pages did you send me? Were those scanned or paper? My memory is crap...please accept my apologies! If they were scanned, I don't know why I didn't forward them to my web guy. Scanning them myself takes a little while, as my scanner is ancient (i.e. 3 years old) and doesn't go lightening fast....

Laughing Laughing Ha! I had lunch with a lawyer friend yesterday who was pointing out to me that contrary to popular opinion, lawyers have crap memories. It's all ability to research. Knowing where to look for the information. So, don't feel bad Wink
