Go to http://www.gitane.com/ for the new Gitane 2007 bikes. They have introduced something new this year. The high end bikes are actually going by a different name: DEFINITIVE. They still say gitane in small on them...but it represents a disturbing trend. Apparently, the name ID for Gitane is not so good in France...so they felt the need to market their carbon bikes under another name.
Glad I bought my carbon Gitane in 2006! |

| That's so wrong! At least the australian bikes for 2007 are still called gitane. New paint too. They've put them on the website at last. www.gitane.com.au |
