The 1985-86 Professionnel bikes came with Campagnolo Victory gruppos.
They were also available as bare frames. This was when Trek was involved with Gitane in the joint venture Cycles Gitane.
I had a bare frame like the one pictured but it was too big for me. I was able to swap it out for a 1984 Team Pro in my size.
I have a mostly original 50cm 1985-86 Professionnel. It handles very well for a small frame. Most small bikes handle like wheel barrows!
